# DUI Financial Data API (for agents)

> China A-share & commodity market data for agents: industry-chain graph, filings &
> financial reports, quotes, sentiment, commodities, news.
> All endpoints support `format=json|md` (md is token-efficient) and return source + timestamp.

## Base URL
http://125.74.158.86:28000
(dev endpoint; HTTP only for now — a TLS domain is coming. Same surface is available
in-cluster at http://192.168.137.20:5020 for internal agents.)

## Auth
- Header: `X-API-Key: dui_xxx` (recommended; create at http://125.74.158.86:28000/api.html after login)
- or `Authorization: Bearer <session-token>`
- Quota: free tier 200/day; API key 2000/day. Requests without a key return 401.

- GET /api/agent/search?q=宁德时代&limit=8&format=md — financial search (companies / filings / news / commodities) → answer + results[]
- GET /api/agent/company/688981?format=md — company card (profile + filings + sentiment)
- GET /api/agent/commodity/LC?days=30 — commodity main-contract daily bars
- GET /api/agent/keys — my keys (POST to create)
- GET /api/datasets — dataset catalog & download (24 datasets, 14 support row-level query)
- GET /api/datasets/<id>/query?code=300750&limit=50 — row-level query (CSV/JSON)
- GET /api/agent/search/status — search engine health (diagnostics, no auth)

## Conventions
- Every result carries `source` and `published_at`; `score` is relevance (higher = better).
- Bulk data: /api/datasets (filings / quotes / sentiment / industry chain, 24 datasets).
- Errors are JSON: {"error": "...", "status": 429}; honor `Retry-After`.

http://125.74.158.86:28000（dev；暂为 HTTP，TLS 域名在办）
## 鉴权
X-API-Key: dui_xxx（登录后在 /api.html 创建）或 Authorization: Bearer <会话token>；
免费额度 200/天，API Key 2000/天；未带 Key 返回 401。

search / company / commodity / keys / datasets（含 /query 行级查询）/ search/status / openapi.json，同上。
数据说明：中国 A 股与境内商品市场；公告与新闻为聚合，版权归原始披露方/媒体。
